I have a feeling that Ginn this year will be killer on the special teams...i dont even no if Ginn will be the teams return man but with a these special teams signing and Ginn improving i think he could have a nice year back there....

Question?? has it been determined/assumed that Ginn will be our return man next year? Or will he be strictly receiver?

i would imagine he would be a returner. Especially with the edition of Wilford, Ginn will remain the second option. he has too much talent back there to waste not using him.

since our blocking on special teams sounds like it will be better and are whole special teams matter fact, any of you think pro bowl for ST's?(ginn that is)

I don't ever remember Wilford been a clearcut #1 option. Ted Ginn will be the #1 target especially if John Beck is the starting QB. That's one reason i think we brought in Perry Tab. To take some returns from Ginn.

I think he meant Wilford might be our #1 option as a RETURNER, not as a Wide Receiver.

Anyway, I don't see how Ginn wouldn't be the returner. I mean, that's really his bread and butter. The guy is a KR and PR. Just look what he did last year with that terrible Special team unit. I know Hagan got a couple a couple touchdowns.

When Ginn is your best game changer you need him to touch the ball as much as possible. Hopefully with depth Hagan won't be on special team killing most big plays with a block in the back or holding.

If Miami could get so good special team players and it seems like this is the case that Miami special teams will win them a few more games, would have this year had it not been for holding or no blocking. Ginn only needs a couple or one big block and he's gone and no one will catch him, he's a difference maker. If he doesn't return punts and kickoffs some one is messed up. Always played his best in big games in college so he can do unders if not by touchdowns but 30, 40 runs that drastically change field position and not require an 80-90 yard drive all the time.

Not sold on him as a #1 but in order to win games he won't need to be.

Well we are getting some other options other than Ginn it seems should be fun and interesting to watch what happens.

If Ginn is going to carry the load as the #1 WR, then it'd be wise to limit his special teams duties. IMO, Tab Perry as the KR and Ted Ginn as the PR would be ideal. Perhaps in a game where it's tough to get the ball into Ted's hands, we can factor him in more as a return man.
