Is Hartline that much of miami's offense?

I know he's a good Wr, but seriously it seemed like once he went down, the fins offense that was moving the ball, just was out of sync after. I will say Tannehill didn't play well, but it seemed like Wrs weren't doing much after he went down. I thought fins had good depth, but if one Wr, a no 2 Wr can do this, then fins need to get more solid Wrs.
