I mean I drink alot during the games but it seems to me we are trying to force the pass more often and not for whatever reason. We have a 2 pro bowl caliber RBs and a very solid 3rd head. Why not use it? The best thing we could of done last Sunday was to eat the clock up and let the Patriots have as little possession as possible. This seems to be going on all year though for the most part. The other thing that really irritates me and it happened again Sunday. We start passing, running, moving the ball down the field and then for whatever reason bring out that stupid *** Wildcat to just completely hamper any momentum. Is it just me or is it the sting from this Sunday?

i think moreso than either of those is winning the third down game. we didnt convert a couple third downs and new england converted all but a few third downs

I completely agree. Chad is moving the team down the field and the next thing you know he has to line up at WR for 2 plays, then is asked to convert a 3rd down of 4+ yards. To me, the Wildcat is losing some luster.

wild cat should only be called 3 times a game... we really need to get our base run going, its a real shame we haven't, when i was expecting a big season for ricky/ronnie.. just another suprise to the 08 Phins...

i agree, unless they add some new wrinkle, keep it fresh...
this week the first play went for like 7 yards, but after that it was the poops, still average'd 5 yards per play...i think.. not to sure..

either way the trick is over, if your gonna run it make it work, or the coach needs to go back to fundamentals

our o line just isnt run-blocking like we expected it to. samson is getting overpowered, whoever plays right guard sucks, and carey is struggling. hopefully we can get the run game sorted out, because 17 run plays a game is unacceptable.

Other teams keep 8/9 men in the box to stop the run. That's why you have to be creative.

BTW, I saw a play (I think it was the Cards) where two FBs lined up in front of the RB, and they certainly helped the OL to open the hole. Since we have two FBs, it may be worth trying.
