Or is their very light Miami media coverage for the Dolphins in spite of just hours left up to training camp? I normally use phins.com as a news source and they have had so little from the big three papers given the time of year. Most of the news has come regarding Ricky, but so little overall news you would think it is still vacation time. Doesn't it appear that way to you guys?

It's a little annoying for us but it is Sabans wish and probably an excellent idea. Plus we were the second worst team last year, and when your that bad you usually don't get much coverage. There hasn't been much on the 49ers, or browns either.

The Nicktator clamped down....whats to report ? You have no access to the lockerroom anylonger. Its gonna be interesting to see how long it works if they aren't improved and start getting bashed by the local media....will the Dolphins allow more access just to get some media publicity if ticket sales lag ?

I was really referring to media in Miami more so than national media

I expect Miami will get little love across the country. I was referring more to the local media in Miami who do a lot of stories prior to training camp as well as local coverage during training camp. I wonder about the coverage once training camp starts.

I am not necessarily opposed to some level of information control.
