Is It Possible To Run An Offense Without A QB?

Willis McGahee is at 85% of what he used to be. But that is still better then 99% of the NFL. The Bills will have a star RB in McGahee for the next 7 years.

I disagree. At least with Bledsoe last year teams respected the QB and his arm. With Losman Willis will get log-jammed at the LOS

Newflash fellas, we kinda need a Quarterback.

Newsflash. We ain't getting one for another year. Great idea though to go without a QB on at least some plays. It would definitely keep the D on their toes!

let's trade off the dead weight, acquire as many 3rd, 4th, and 5th round picks. Package them with a higher pick or two and make a run for Matt Leinhart next April!

Gordon might bring us a 4th rounder. Maybe AJ could fetch us a 3rd. Who else do we have to trade off?

What makes you so sure Leinart will be any better than what we already have? everyone say how talanted USC is so how do you know he is that good? maybe it's the fact that he is surrounded by talant why he does what he does.

When it comes to Leinhart i just say NO!!!!!!!

I will take my chances and hope for the best. I know what we have now isn't working and probably won't work.

I really wish you would watch some of the Bills games before you comment on them. The LOS was always stacked w/Bledsoe @ the Helm. Everyone knew that his greatest weekness was the rush right up the middle so there was many many times 8 in the box. When he got rushed, he was like a deer in the headlights. Even then, McGahee did very well.

Personally, I hope they do crowd the LOS. JP's athletic abilty and scambling will deter teams from doing exactly what you say they will do.

Ya know it's people like you that drive posters away from the board. What smack did I say about Miami??? I even mentioned I didn't see any of the game so I had no opinion on it. I only laughed @ the title of this thread, that's all.

Just because you're over sensative about your QB situtation don't take it out on me. We'll see about Losman but if you watched the game you would have noticed he played okay, just lots of dropped balls.

I feel 100x better about our QB situation than you do, that's obvious

I think Ricky's back BTW.

Yeah but with all the players and draft picks you want to give up for him i don't see how it's worth it. that is a big risk to me.

Thanks man! That's awesome :D

Only if the rest of our offense looks like this:

You can't make realistic judgements by simply watching a few series from a preseason game. A lot of times it takes a few series for a qb and an offense to get warmed up and get in the groove. Marino used to struggle a lot early on in games also especially in preseason. I remember on several occasions the home fans would boo him and the offense for slow starts.

I think Frerotte will win the job and once he settles in and becomes comfortable with everything he'll do a solid job.

bump

Seriously, how can we be THIS bad?

Looks like another year of leaning on fantasy football for my NFL kicks.
