Saban's leaving seems to be the catalyst that would spark a change like this, if there ever was one. Is it time to move anyone over 30, guys like ZT, JT and Kevin Carter? Time to move underachievers like CC? Is it time to start over?

I don't know, I really don't, but I'd like to see what you guys think.

its time to blow up the roster. we need to cut as many players as possible. the only ones i'd be willing to keep is JT and Ronnie. We need to acquire multiple draft picks.

I dunno, Caps. You make a strong arguement. It seems that we keep holding on to underachievers and taking on more age. Maybe it IS time to move with youth. I'm no expert but apparently what was here did not work. The organization needs to regroup in ahurry and come up with a gameplan.
