That is the question. I am sure if he comes to Miami the doc's will check it out. According to Internet reports he might need micro fracture surgery in the future. So, we shall see, Let's hope he doesn't. Also according to A Dallas CowBoy website, he is rumored to be interested in two teams only. Dallas and Miami.

Here are the links for the info on micro facture surgery as a possibility:

The Denver Broncos released receiver Javon Walker on Friday, and the
Cowboys have stepped up to the plate and expressed an immediate
interest, according to numerous sources.

Walker was due the first in a series of bonuses totaling $5.4 million
Monday, prompting Denver to cut him loose. The Cowboys are looking to add a receiver to a crew that includes All-Pro Terrell Owens, Terry Glenn and Patrick Crayton.

The team is uneasy about how Glenn will return from the two knee
surgeries he underwent in 2007, and Walker wouldn't come without
similar concerns. Knee surgery limited Walker to eight games last fall,
two years after he tore his ACL and underwent reconstructive surgery in his final year as a Packer.

Broncos coach Mike Shanahan told Denver reporters that Walker might
need micro fracture surgery, but agent Kennard McGuire says his client is healthy. In Walker's last two healthy seasons, 2004 with the Packers and 2006 with the Broncos, he hit the 1,000-yard milestone in receiving yards.

Now you see there, someone listens to me. I see where everyone
is hot and bothered over Javon Walker getting released by Denver. Now if Walker was worth it, would the Broncos not have tried to renegotiate his contract instead of paying the $5 million roster bonus he was due?

But no, they cut him and head coach Mike Shanahan has been talking
about the probability of Walker needing micro fracture knee surgery down the road. Or take the Cowboys.

Do you think if the Cowboys just absolutely had to have Ferguson they wouldn't have restructured his contract to become more cap friendly, which I'm guessing they might try to do down the line with Terrell Owens, instead of allowing him to count $8.7 million against the cap for this season?

All I'm saying is use a little common sense on some of this stuff. If Walker wants a Thomas deal, then bring him on.

Think stay away from Javon Walker. Had big problems with injuries last year, plus he is still suffering from trauma over the shoting of his team mate last year, cant think of his name.

.

Since he became a full time starter in 2004 this really scares me about Walker.

2004 says he didnt miss any, but didnt start 4 (did he not start because he was injured?)
2005 missed 15 games
2006 didnt miss any
2007 missed 8

We should look at him and if he's healthy and didn't ask for hilarious $$$, we should consider signing him! Maybe a fresh start, with a new team and new team mates is the best thing to overcome this trauma etc.!

R.I.P. Darrent Williams & Sean Taylor! :(
