Marvin Harrison?

Think about it. Sure handed, makes big plays, runs great routes, plays big in a smaller frame..... and keeps his mouth shut and goes about his buisness like a professional.

So?

You don't need the best QB in the league to be successful.

Losman has been playing great football since the bye....he's turned the corner....he's already the 2nd best QB in the AFCE.......

Check the stats....Losman is top 10-15 in most major categorys.

Evans and Harrison do have some similarities , quite, go about their business , and make plays. BUT we need to wait awhile before we mention their names with Marvin and Peyton. IMO. But I see where your coming from with Evans being great and a quite professional.

Not saying Losman is Manning (not that I want him to be, as i feel Manning is never going to win a championship)

Not saying Evans is Harrison either.

Evans has accomplished nowhere near what Harrison has. And he probably never will. But style of play, attitude, and skill set are all very similar.

Troy...

I am not allowed to PM apparently because I do not have 50 posts or something.

I am in Groveport.

No, I don't think he's the next Marvin Harrison. Marvin is the most unique wide receiver in this league, I don't think it's possible for anyone in this league to do the things Marvin does.

I think a comparism of Steve Smith is much closer for Lee Evans; which is still good IMO.

.

If you look back, though.... Evans had a remarkably simlar start to his career and is maybe I little ahead of schedule.... and like a previous poster stated, he has Manning and a pass happy O.

That being said, no two players are the same.....but I just see alot of similar attributes as a stated before.

Quiet demeanor and good attitude is one of the most similar....which is refreshing in a world of TO's, Ocho Cincos, and Randy Mosses.

Lee Evans is really good and will give every team in the NFL fits for years to come.

I think he resembles Torry Holt the most. Flys, runs great routes and catches anything near him.

Lee Evans is the real deal. I don't think he's the next Harrison. He's the next Lee Evans.

That's the attitude I take.

He has his own unique abilities that make him Lee Evans.
