WTF kind of question is this? I dont care if the coach is white, black, purple, red or orange as long as he can coach with sense. Nobody else does either.

Simple question that needs to be discussed.

Can we find diamonds in the likes of Mike Tomlin or Raheem Morris?

We need a winner at the helm - n​ot the perfect coach but the right coach.

Tomlin and Morris were hired because somebody seen that they can get the job done. End of story.

Raheem Morris has to be the most overrated coach in the league, the Bucs went 10-6 last season and only won one game against a team with a winning record. The Bucs, like the chiefs last season got fat on bottom feeders that inflated their record, kinda like Miami in 2008. Buc are coming down to earth this season.
