Didn't Brady use Omaha as a cadence too, years ago? Funny how everyone acts like it's a Denver/Manning thing.
 
As usual the media and it's "fans" are about 10 years late to the party.
 
Thought it was a reference to Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom.
 
If that was the case, you'd think they'd go for a double entendre and go with 'Gold'

I just want to know why CBS felt the need to amplify Manning's cadence at the line so we could all hear "Omaha" 50 billion times during the game before the snap. What purpose did that serve?

So the fans understood why they were playing that omaha song going to commercial.
 
Omaha is now a drinking game, every-time Manning yells Omaha you drink.....
