Is Pouncey still supporting Henandez?

There are only 2 possible explanations:

1. He is an impossibly dimwitted loyal friend with no pulse or moral compass.

Or

2. He lives in daily fear of retribution from Hernandez that he goes to great lengths to ensure that he knows he hasn't sold him out.

Actually, I think the real problem here is Miko Grimes - she really needs a refresher on how social media works. She's public figure (sort of) and she knows her twitter pics are going out to the world - I mean, c'mon, pay attention Miko!! Would you post a pic with Mike's coffee table in the background and a line of white powder on it, or a handgun?? Look at the photo before you post it and think for a second - could this possibly embarrass my friend?

My last concern in that situation would be about whether I'm embarrassing my friend. My bigger concern would be, "wait, did I just bring my kid to a house with coke and a gun sitting on the coffee table? ****, I'm a bad parent."

In this case, I don't think Miko is a bad parent or anything, I just think she is ignorant of the fact that Pouncey is good friends with and clearly a big supporter of an alleged multi-murderer and all around piece of ****, not to mention the possibility that he was involved in some of the Hernandez's criminal activity (again, "allegedly").

I have never ruled out number 2 as a possibility. It has happened before with other people.

Interesting possibility.

As much as I think Pouncey is a douche, not sure why anyone would be bothered by this picture. there is a big difference between wearing a free hernandez hat and having his jersey in his house.

As someone stated earlier (and from my own experience of growing up in a "housing project" and 23 years of Corrections), there are a lot of people who consider this type of behavior (thug/gangsta lifestyle) completely normal. Pro sports are full of these punks who see nothing wrong with criminal activity amongst friends and family members.

people who arent criminals that associate with criminals are asshats. and people who would not turn their back on a friend whos a murderer are also asshats

Hernandez had few friends in Gainesville but was close to the Pouncey brothers. The concern is whether the friendship extended to nefarious activities.
Interesting that out of all his football teammates, the jersey on display was Hernandez, not Tebow or his brother.

To be fair, we only see a portion of one wall.

I hear you WV. Whether it's his house or not, Pouncey's carelessly opening another can of worms for an organization that's taking it's beatings.
He clearly doesn't care for the Dolphins public image.

Precisely. However, nothing will be done about it because there isnt any pressure from the communists to "teach him a lesson".

Also, I was going to make the point that this isnt nearly as bad as the "free Hernandez" hat. This is a jersey in his private home. I wouldnt have a real issue with it so long as it dosent get thrown in people's faces. Whoever posted the photo shouldve been more conscious of that.

Of course, this was the exact argument many made about Jones' remarks........ he made them public by going on twitter. I dont see people who wanted him suspended making that same argument here.

The Donald Sterling issue is going to come back and bite athletes and public figures in the ass I guarantee. The new thing is going to be releasing these type of conversations and videos, the standard is now set being no one has privacy rights as long as they "offend".

Sadly it looks like you may be correct here.

Even extreme leftist Bill Maher had serious issues with how the whole Sterling thing evolved. Of course he didnt agree with Sterling's remarks, but he was bothered, as everyone should be, by how comments Sterling made in the privacy of his own home became public and then were used to ruin him. I thought it was very fair of Maher and its one of the reasons I respect him despite having opposing views a lot of times. Well, that and I find him to be hilarious. Not only can he laugh at his own side of the issue, he is capable of going against the left when he sees it differently. Basically, he calls it how he sees it. It was odd to watch as it was one of the few "new rules" monologues that didnt get interrupted multiple times by applause from the studio audience.

Youre talking about a "lady" who stands in her seat at the stadium and flips a proud double bird. Worse than that, she has very crude cakes made for her husband's birthday and posts pics of them online for everyone to see. I think its fair to say she dosent have much dignity.
