Is Pouncey still supporting Henandez?

So you guys are saying if my brother is accused of three murders I should take down his pictures or items he's given me off the walls of my home and abandon him even if he hasn't been convicted of anything or even if I think he's innocent.

People are retarded. So if he had the jersey of one of his best friends hanging in his house, he should immediately take it down if his friend gets in trouble? And of course he fully expected someone who's close enough to him to get in his house, to take a picture of the jersey and leak it to the public right? Nice.

I don't think the "Free Hernandez" garbage was smart, but people really need to get a life.
 
I think people have to realize that many of these guys grow up with fathers, brothers, other relatives, and friends who are in prison or have been in prison. When you grow up in neighborhoods where there is a lots of crimes, drugs, etc., how the heck are you supposed to just say, "I am going to cut out everyone in my life who has gotten in trouble." This doesn't mean you should go around with a posse of gangbangers, but family and friends are still family and friends, and you cannot expect Pouncey to just completely disassociate himself from everyone. He just needs to keep to keep his own nose clean.

Murderers are active in the NFL, I can live with a dolphin who likes one

We have a db on the roster who killed someone a few years ago and went to jail for it
 
Pouncey not the only one with apparent issues, it's in his house and its just a jersey. People still have OJ Simpson jerseys to this day and none of them even knew the guy.
 
I hear you WV. Whether it's his house or not, Pouncey's carelessly opening another can of worms for an organization that's taking it's beatings.
He clearly doesn't care for the Dolphins public image.

Two years ago, cornerback Jimmy Wilson was in a Los Angeles County jail awaiting trial for murder. He was acquitted, and has gotten back to playing football. This year he was drafted in the seventh round by the Miami Dolphins; he looks to be the steal of the 2011 NFL draft.

Coming into the 2007 offseason, Wilson played Division I-FCS for three years at the University of Montana. He was a rising star for Montana and was a preseason candidate in 2007 to be an All-American.

That is, before everything went wrong.

Jimmy was in Missoula with his family for the offseason. He was having dinner with his grandmother when he got a phone call from his aunt that would change his life.

She called and told him that she had been assaulted by Jimmy Smoot, her boyfriend.

Without thinking, Wilson rushed over to help her out and diffuse the situation. Unfortunately for him, the exact opposite would happen.

The details what happened next are unclear. Wilson claims that he was wrestling over Smoot's rifle, and the gun accidentally went off, killing his aunt's boyfriend, but prosecutors eventually claimed that the murder was a premeditated killing by Wilson.
