Is Replacing Five OL Starters a First in the NFL?

It's a bad situation any way you look at it.

Lazor must have serious confidence in himself to come into that kind of situation. What no one talks about in Philly is that foles and that offense had 3 of the top rated olineman at tnere position in the entire NFL.

I don't know if that's due to system or what, but that's insane and shows exactly why McCoy and foles and that entire offense steam rolled teams.

Also Lazor probably knew he was not going to be OC in philly anytime soon.
Its an opportunity and if he fails he will get a qb coach job easily

very true, and if he succeeds with tannehill and this offense he goes from an unknown to the hottest HC prospect in just a few year span.

He flat out said he knows it's a gamble coming here, I feel like were pretty lucky to of gotten him. Gotta like a coach who is confident in himself and is willing to take gambles.

No I think there's more to it than that, his replacement is already here. There's has to be some other reason, maybe due to timing or the investigation, I just don't know what.
 
Sam Brenner and Nate Gardner played good for us towards the end of the season, if all else fails make Dallas Thomas and Danny Watkins find a way to play...i feel bad for TH he may die next season from all the sacks
