Is ROSS the one making the call on Sherman?

I keep seeing reports that Ross may fire Sherman. As much as we want Sherman gone, isn't that a problem? The owner is neutering the Head Coach's authority by firing his hand picked offensive coordinator? Doesn't that sound a tad bit like a dysfunctional organization?

Considering the hack job Ross did with Sparano the last time around, I guess it's par for the course

I think they're lumping it all into one situation. At the end of the day, Ross can fire whoever he wants. Most are assuming that Sherman and Ireland are for sure gone so people just save time.

Ross's stamp will be on all the final decisions I'm sure of that. Whether that's good or bad is another issue.

But if I were him I would get the best advisers I could trust and be confident that their advice was sound.

I think Ross is an absolute dumb ass. How this clown has all this money boggles my mind, he doesn't seem too swift when it comes down to this football investment he has.

Imo if Joe doesn't have the stones to fire Sherman, or at the very least, talk him into stepping down, and Ross has to do it, then Ross needs to poo can Joe.
