Yeah I think RT can be our franchise and lead us to a Superbowl but we need an upgrade for a Head Coach, better players on offense and defense, more weapins for Tanny and more depth.

I just posted this in another thread:

I agree we have our QB of the future. Look at most teams at their QB situation & how we didn't have anyone good for 10 plus years.

Look at teams like the Texans, Titans, Redskins, Jets, Rams, Bills, Bucs, all don't know who their QB will be
Then you have Browns, Vikings, & Jags who drafted QBs in 1st rd this year & honestly you can't say they are the long term future at QB, possibly but all have flaws
Questionable QB's - Bears, 49ers, Bengals (all 3 just got huge contracts)

I DON'T want to be in top 2 lists AGAIN. Tannehill has the ability & has shown it granted not as consistent as we want him to be but he is getting better and NEEDS to be the QB of the future for the Fins.

Most definitely. Tannehill has all the tools you want. Needs to improve accuracy on deep ball. However, it does not all fall on him. Our O Line stinks and other than Landry and Matthews our other receivers don't have it. Wallace has speed but nothing else about his game is spectacular. Hartline has regressed for some reason or another. Clay has been banged up all year. Tannehill, J. James, Lamar Miller and Jarvis Landry are the future of this team. We need to build around that. Oh and most importantly we need a new head coach and defensive coordinator !! !!!

This is how I feel when I see anyone say different...

There is a lot of upside with T-hill... but then, there is also downside that can, have and will lose games for us... He is the best we've had since Marino and we need to keep him until we can find someone with all the skillz needed to build a team around..

As I just said in another thread -

"In Marino I Trust" ...

Any of ya'll who don't think Ross and Marino haven't already had this conversation, and will continue to have this conversation as time goes by are imo - ignorant...

That being said - The QB I watched go head to head with Peyton Manning in a SHOOTOUT was imo the best QB to play football for the Dolphins since Dan himself...sure he may never be the best at the deep ball...but he is far better than the 16 other failures we have had to go through since Dan. Pennington included.

But if Dan The Man himself says no based on his 1-on-1 personal interactions, and seeing what we DON'T see as fans...then I'm all for the change.

Right now. Yes.

No better option. Add some more talent and depth and hopefully a new coach and see where it goes.
