yea i think he can be and will be.a lot of people say that he wont be this and that because of his frame.hey steve smith is also small but not as fast as ginn, or at least i dont believe so.ginn is 6'0 180 pounds where smith is 5'9 185 pounds and he dominates, i belive that ginn can be that for us.he might not be that for the first couple years but thats ok, as long as we make progress.

Sure he can, but i'm honestly worried that he'll never be more than a slot WR/KR/PR, when you look at is highlight clip on youtube, it's obvious that he's a special players with crazy speed and acceleration but I have my reserve about his hand & his route running, preventing him from ever reaching those numbers.That being said I think we have a top 5 KR as we speak.
