This is, or course, if he wins (likely) the starting spot.

There are two options...control Henne like the Jets have done with Sanchez (don't screw it up Henne), or let Henne loose. Either way, yeah, we'll live and die by him.

I think it has to. All the other pieces are there on both sides of the ball, Henne needs to play better.

The NFL is pass driven league. The rules are geared for good QB to win championships. As Henne goes, the Dolphins go.

Everything is riding him. His job in Miami, Sporano, Ireland, everything is attached to his success or failure.

No. He is a major part, but this OL is an issue...Brian Hartline as a #2 is an issue...a rookie RB is an issue...a new OC is a BIG issue. We could bring in Brady and still suck!

I was afraid to ask a question I already knew the answer to - afraid I was right; and with your votes I am. It's all in Henne's hands. How pathetic.

In the past ten years I count 1 marginal throwing QB among Super Bowl winners and that was 8 yrs ago. (TB 2003, B Johnson). Eli Manning is the next 'least' throwing QB on that list and he is far beyond Henne. So I think the answer is yes in today's NFL.

I completely disagree with this comment.

We were 7-9 despite Henne last season. I guarantee if Brady was our QB last season we would have had 4 more wins minimum. Which would have probably put us in the playoffs.

It's not on his arm at all. It's on his decision making in close games and how well the line pass protects and run blocks. That is our biggest concern right now. If Dilfer can get a ring so can Henne!

COULD...not WOULD....

Also, you talk about last season...that was last year...we have had alot of changes.

We don't know how things will turn out at this point...with this line, Brady could end up on a stretcher after the first week. The point is that the QB is not the ONLY problem!!! Don't read too much into the "Brady" part of it...
