iS THE Phins record an abhoration. What do you project the final record

The titans cannot beat us. the titans do not have the characteristics of a team that can beat us. We will torture Mcnair all game. Mcnair has slowed a step and by that time jason taylor should be in his week to week zone. Look for taylor to start racking up sacks either this week, or come up big against the pats, and you can qoute me on that one. Eddie george will be a non factor with our great linebackers and d line. and once they start passing who on their team is better then our D backs? nobody. Even T buck is looking scary this year. (stripping then recovering a fumble from hillard? thats scary, flecther would of never did that.)

I think Dallas is going to have a real rough stretch sometime this year....I still believe they will end up 8-8...Dallas has to play the AFC East and the NFC South, not to mention the upstart NFC East....I think Miami and Buffalo will beat them in Dallas

Eddie George has been a non-factor for a couple years now, yet the Titans still go far

Right now, Dallas looks better then any team in the AFC east their O is playing better then Miamis and their D is younger and faster as for HC, well I'll take Parcells any day. I don't look forward to the game in Dallas at all. I think unless the Cowboys completely fall apart they will win 10 games this year.

It's possible ricky, however unlikely given their rough schedule:

Oct. 12 Philadelphia: Eagles starting to play like last year...and as weeks go by, more and more injuries will heal

Oct. 19 @Detroit: No road game is ever easy..Lions have firepower too.

Oct. 26 @Tampa Bay: Parcells is a miracle man if he pulls this one off

Nov. 2 Washington: Cowboys-Redskins..best rivalry in football
Nov. 9 Buffalo: assuming Buffalo gives Henry his 20-25 carries, Bills will be hard to beat. When Buffalo plays with balance, they are tough. Let's see if Gilbride can figure that out though.

Nov. 16 @New England: Most likely a loss

Nov. 23 Carolina: still undefeated, tough game

Nov. 27 Miami: Quincy Carter is interception prone, put that with Miami's secondary and you have a recipe for disaster.

Dec. 7 @Philadelphia: Eagles play great late in the season
Dec. 14 @Washington: this might turn out to be a huge game
Dec. 21 NY Giants: They could realistically sweep the G-Men...but like Philly, Giants save best for last part of the season.

Dec. 28 @New Orleans: if NO continues the way they are playing, Dallas will roll.

so if you look at the schedule, the only gimme is Detroit(and that's a road game). Not to take away from Parcells' great start, but Dallas has beaten teams with a combined record of 3-10...only teams left on their schedule with losing records are Saints and Lions--both on the road

Homer :) Seriously, I see losses against Dallas, Pats, and at Tenn.

Nope, Indy and Buffalo and i hate to say it, Jaxonville.

No way we lose to New england. we can eat that offense up no problem.

i see the skins/colts/bills and dallas being the toughest due to team or scheduling....got a great shot at getting the rest....so that would be 11-5 if we lost all 4....win a couple of the above and we should even out at 12-2 or 13-3.....

But they can't beat the Dolphins. Check the record. Even when George WAS doing well, they haven't been able to beat us. The Titans match up very well against some teams, but not others.

12-4. I don't think we'll lose this time in Dallas. The Fins love the national spotlight cause in the past they have been embarassed. 3 Losses= Colts, Titans, Bills

Lose to the BILLS??? You are banned from this board.

Moderator! Moderator! Ban this guy.

I say 12-4. 3 losses - Titans, Colts, and one more (not the Bills)

Me too. I just hate it when people make excuses for a loss that hasn't happened yet - especially against a team we SHOULD beat. I EXPECT to beat a team that has only 1/3 the talent of our roster - if even that - regardless of preparation time (which Dallas is in the same boat) or travel. Dallas might be sitting pretty right now at 3-1, but look at who they've beaten: the Giants, Jets, and Cardinals. 2 of those 3 teams are as bad on paper as the Cowboys are and the Giants played like pansies in that game.

So, in conclusion, as long as we show up and don't play like pansies, we should win that game regardless of where/when it's played. And I will be extremely upset as I sit down for my Thanksgiving feast if that is not the case.
