DeAngelo Hall is rumored to be heading to the Giants for their number 1 pick…number 31. He has however stated, “I don’t know Bill Parcells, but I do know Keyshawn Johnson, and if Keyshawn likes him, I can get along with him.†Hall is saying that he is willing to play for anyone, but Miami is a place that he would like to play. In addition at least one Miami beat writer has suggested that Miami could get Hall and the number 3 pick in the draft for their number 1 overall….BUT…are you ready for this, they may have to sweaten the pot to get him…like adding their late 2nd round pick.

I read this on Phinphanatic.com do you guys really think there is a chance we do something like this

If Darren Mcfadden is still there then we can trade down again with the cowboys and get there 2 first rounder and a third or somethin like that
 
I doubt it. Atlanta is rebuilding the same as us and want and need draft picks. To unload a highprice player and swap picks it may happen. Any thing more than that is just ignorant on their part and I would say their is a 1% chance of that happening.

they are not giving up any we are giving them one for D.Hall and
trading picks

To avoid the #1 contract, it might be a smart move. That is, of course, based on whether or not we'd still get the cowboys picks.

I don't see it happening. The Giants are wanting to trade their 1st straight out for him and a rebuilding team would keep their top 5 pick and add another 1st rounder.
 
Hall has some control over the situation.
He can do waht trent Green did last year and refuse to come to any agreement with the Giants and force ATL to deal with Miami for the next following pick.
Atlanta really is not in the best postion.
Hall has been burnt as of late and has been in the media as a troubled player.
I have a good hunch that Hall will be in Miami next year.

If Hall wants to come to us and we don't sacrifice our picks other than trading down I'm all for it. He will have to agree to whatever restrictions our FO puts on him till he shows he is commited to our TEAM and will accept his roles without gumflapping to the media.
 
I think it would be worth it. I don't think we are planning on drafting Matt Ryan, who Atlanta would take, and St Louis will probably go DLine. We would probably end up picking who we were going to get in the first place, or swap with Dallas. Either way that is like getting D Hall with SD's 2nd round pick.

HAHAH yeah I can see that

Hall; "No, I don't want to play for the world Champions, I want to play for the 1-15 Dolphins"...
