Is there a way to turn off emailing threads?

I'm a new user and only want to read threads when I come to the forums. Is there a way to fix it so that when I comment in a thread it doesn't get emailed to me?

I went ahead and turned off subscriptions for you.

But for future reference, go to your User CP atop the page, then go to Subscriptions. :)
