I think he's one of our biggest issues going into the offseason. He's too narrow-minded, too traditional for this offense to really flourish. We need a fresh, new set of ideas from someone preferably younger that isn't afraid to challenge Philbin's train of thinking.

There were just too many 2nd and long runs and the infamous 4th and inches failed Clay run. We've ran one QB sneak all season (I think), and it worked perfectly.

If he's back next year, we are in serious trouble.

I think if Philbin is back, he's back...

I'm predicting a whole offseason of being fed the ''Continuity angle'' pointing to the Panthers as an example.

If Philbin allows Sherman back he's just plain stupid. That simple.

Philbin will not fire either one. That's a goddam shame. The bigger shame is that Ross will not interfere and just go with it. The truth is, we need to go after some coaches with some fire. Gruden for example. But we have no balls as an organization. Philbin looks like a lost ****ing dog to me and has NO FIRE WHATSOEVER for the team to feed off of. Look at the Jets today: they FED off of their head coach. This was a team that was supposed to be imploding playing against US (supposedly a team on the rise.) LMAO! We are boring and lack in many things. DESIRE being the main thing.

Philbin doesn't have the balls to fire him. I'm not getting my hopes up.

This whole coaching staff is trash actually this whole team sucks.

Philbin will not fire Sherman. I almost feel like if Ross came to Philbin and said "fire Sherman, or you are fired", Philbin would accept being fired.

There's a sense in the Dolphins locker room that Mike Sherman will and should be gone

Maybe he'll resign.

Unfortunately I think the whole clown crew is back next year. I dont foresee myself watching many games or caring too much about the season if that is the case.
