The more I hear the more pissed off I'm getting. It seems like Richie might be well on his way to getting cleared as everything is pointing to a screw job at the moment. So let's say he is cleared of any wrong doing, do you think there is any chance he then doesn't get cut?

The team leaders all wanted Chad back last year, and Philbin seemed to not care one bit. I'm hopping if it comes out that he was railroaded he will be able to come back.

I also don't expect him to be resigned. But this issue is the major issue in sport, day after day. I have a hunch that Richie's personality would come up in the discussions whether to let him back.

Not a chance. No way will he be back to Miami. Will he sign with another team next year...possibly...depends on the outcome of the investigation.
Goddell & Ross want this to all go away as fast as possible.
People are not talking about great NFL matchups this weekend, they are talking about all the negativity of this circus.
Not just sports people, Moms at home have even heard all this bad publicity on The View...not good.
Makes Miami & NFL look bad which is not good for business.
