.08 aint much. You could blow that relatively easily and still be quite sober.

Exactly. We now live in a society in which in which women can start beating on a man, often without repercussions. But if a man as much as defends himself he's demonized, the onus is on him and he almost certainly goes to jail-it's out of control. Why do people think that CJ head butted her? Because SHE said so? Get real, hopefully we'll find out what actually happened. There is nothing wrong at all with society protecting women from domestic violence, but WOMEN LIE ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME for their own purposes, and men are screwed over in the process. It has gone too far imo. CJ deserves jail and whatever else if he purposefully head butted her, but I would find it difficult to trust Evelyn Lozado and what she has to say on the matter and I think that the reality of what happened will turn out to be quite different than the current perception Chad Johnson head butted his wife on purpose. If he did it he deserves whatever punishment he gets, but he should divorce that wench asap.
If you are that low and sober that is even a worse excuse to get behind the wheel. You would have a better understanding of your surroundings with a .08. If you have even one drink, don't drive, it is that simple. If you shoot someone in the head and they live is that worse than shooting them in the leg? You still shot the person and deserve they same punishment.
I actually have a friend who started an organization about this very subject...its a subject which has been ignored in the past but its time is coming.

I'm not sure if someone already posted this but being arrested doesn't mean your guilty...Evelyn is a peice of work...Chad has never been arrested, doesn't drink. When the facts come out you all will see that Chad was probably holding her back from hitting him and she called the police out of spite.

i assume many of you have never dated a crazy, hot, stubborn, psycho chick.
im not excusing hitting a woman, and i am not excusing domestic violence.
but i've been in volitile relationships in the past. I notice many of these players seem to choose the same kind of mates i once did. It is always 2 sided and always later pinned on the male no matter what the circumstance.
now, i fPhilbin doesnt like the whole dynamic in general - then go ahead cut him, if it comes out chad really is abusive - ok cut him, but other than that i think we need to wait and hear the whole story.
what these players should do is stop marrying these psycho's. but sometimes we are drawn to them like a moth to a flame.

I agree. I'm all for protecting women, but the pendulum has swung too far and this s*** is really out of control. All a woman really has to do these days is call the cops, point the finger at you and lie, and by default you as a male are screwed. This is de facto just how it is, and you're right, it will change- not sure when, but it will because it is straight up bulls***.

There are 2 sides to every story. Even with a police report, there are many facts missing. The fight was allegedly started because Evelyn found a receipt for a box of condoms. How is it that Evelyn, the one who probably confronted chad and should be pissed off, is the victim???
With that being said, I agree Karma is a female dog. On the episode of Hard Knocks, Chad indicated he was going to go get arrested...he also mentioned that if he did not make the team, he was going to be a porn star...after dropping that crucial pass in the first pre-season game, one could only assume the box of condoms were for precautionary measures. lol
