Good morning my fellow Phins fans: :dolphins:

You know me...I was making my usual rounds thru the NFL News and Rumor Sites and I came across this fascinating article in Florida Today.

It's another pre-camp spec piece, but its worth the read.

Here's the link:

We all know its too early yet to make any concrete predictions on the outcome of the 2006 NFL season. However, there is nothing wrong with dreaming. And simply put....You never know!

Enjoy and please if you would provide any thoughts or feedback from this article that you like or dislike. Your opinions are always welcomed.

Gooooooooooo Phinsssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I mean, hey, first thing I do is get a cup of coffee in the morning. Then, I shower and shave and then I get a second cup and two Debbie's cookies and get in the car and come to work. If any of that gets messed up, I'm a little bit out of kilter. The staff meeting doesn't go as smoothly. Somebody gets chewed out, or whatever."

:chuckle:

Gotta love him.

I believe this IS Miami's year. With the upgrades in the offseason, the team should peak mid-season this year. With our easy early schedule it will provide time to gel without losing football games. I see major cracks in the chemistry in New England as well as their talent. All the other AFC divisions have much harder schedules to endure so for me, it points to a rare opportunity for the Dolphins to clinch home field throughout. Having the Super Bowl at home is an additional incentive. I think Saban has shown the way to success through execution.

Go Miami!!!!!

I think we come in 11-5 and win two playoff games in all honesty. We can do well in the playoffs because of the running game and defense we'll have. There is so much parity anymore in the league, it is really hard to do better than that. I hope for better, but Daunte's health will be a major factor in how the season turns out. That said, I think we are good enough to go 9-7 if everything that could possibly go wrong does (major injuries, bad calls and bounces in critical games).

I think we'll all enjoy this season...

I belive we can make it to the playoffs this year we have enough talent on board to do so

I absolutely think we have the talent combined with the coaching to do very VERY well this season. I am looking at next season being our BREAKOUT season, but, I really think the playoff's are probably and the East crown is possible.

If Culpepper's health is the only scary issue...

What does that really say. I know what is says to me. We have a very talented team with no major holes. We got excellent coaching and we have a favorable schedule. Oh and did I mention that the Super Bowl is in Miami this year.

I think there is plenty of reasons for optimism this year. We have the potential to go far into the playoffs and make a run at the Super Bowl

There I said it...I've fallen into the old Dolphins trap. But with Saban guiding us now, I think the story might just end differently for us this year.

Let the good times roll!!!!!:cooldude:

Goooooooo Phinssssssssssss!!!!!
