Ok we have a bad year we get top 3 pick!! We get Ricky Williams back!! We get a good draft but the question is Will Saban get Calibre players in free Agency!!


he has to make a free agent splas and i mean a good one!! He will still have JT ZT but Im thinking he will release Kevin Carter Keith traylor Vonnie Holliday Marty Booker Donnie Spragan to create Cap room ans Im sure Players willl take Cuts to makie the team better!!

I think MIami is good at The QB Controls!!

If Daunte can rebound and have a good protection from the Oline he can be effective!!

I say this team needs Discipline from Saban and Saban needs a good draft I mean A GOOOD ONE so 2 3 players can start playing right away!! NAd he needs to get a Couple of linemen a LB And Secondary HElp!!

If you are asking us to get excited about next year already, that is hard to do! For me anyway!
 
The fact that Saban even mentioned RW in his press conf as a contributing factor to the poor season is an aknowledgment that Ronnie Brown is nothing special.
If RB was something special no one would even be thinking about RW.

i agree! CALVIN JOHNSON AND LANCE BRIGGS WOULD BE NICE

And when you say we release players to create cap room, we're releasing some pretty quality players there. Especially in Kevin Carter, Vonnie Holliday and Keith Traylor. I dont know who you'll find on the market much better than those guys. Even at their respective ages.

Besides, do you really want to trust Ricky Williams AGAIN? Sure he'll be eligible to come back again. But he's just another positive test away from a one year suspension. If we put our eggs in his basket again he's just going to drop them like always.

You still have Ronnie Brown, who i think will be an elite back in this league eventually. Chris Chambers will never emerge to be a number one reciever, thus we do need to get one, but Randy McMichael is still a good TE. Not as good as many people say, but certainly better than most out there. If Daunte Culpepper is truly healthy to start a season then i'd be much happier. Especially if we got a high draft pick or high quality FA to protect him on the o-line.
 
Teams don't usually go from lousy to great overnight...it usually takes 2-3 years.....occasionally teams rebound quicker like Carolina, which went from horrible to a SB team in a short time, BUT you have to have the right players to turn it around....I think the problem is we just have a lot of average players, and a coach who has made horrible decisions.
 
I can't believe how sad this season is. I can't even begin to think about getting excited for next season.
 
iF WE COULD SOMEHOW LAND cj IN THE DRAFT WITH A FEW OLINE MEN!! aND sIGN bRIGGS AND sECONDARY HELP I THINK THIS TEAM CAN COMpete!!

DC will have to be good!!
