Is this something bad?

If a mod is around, When I post in the far left corner at bottom under the avatar I see
Warn (0%) followed by four peach colored squares.

What does this mean?

it means u have no warning points, its good, read the TOS, if u break the rules in the TOS u would get warning points, ill post the link where it explains it h/o

What does this mean?

It just part of our new system for controlling the boards, if you mess up and break the TOS, it'll go up. If you don't cause any problems, odds are, you'll never even have to worry about it. If you have any more questions about it, there is a thread explaining the use and reasoning behind it in the announcements forum at the very top of the board.
