i may be a little biased here because i despise the steelers but this super bowl doesnt intrigue me at all. i usually look forward to the big game but this matchup makes want to go to blockbuster feb 5. there have been a few duds over time but i think this one will rank at the top with the others.

People said that before the Carolina--New England super bowl and that was one of the most entertaining games in recent years.

these are some of my least favorites, you can add some of yours. i know that some of the games were good but as a spectator some of the teams playing were just unfit for the human eye.

um, how does the Giants and Buffalo rank up there was one of the worst Super Bowls of all time when it was one of the better nailbiters of the 90s?

It's clear we don't see eye to eye.

The Baltimore-New York Giants one, that I agree with. That Super Bowl sucked. But not the Giants-Buffalo.

im talking about the matchups not the game itself, yeah it was a good game but those two teams in the super bowl just flat out sucked.

I think its gonna be a great game

#6 seeded Pitt after a few injuries this year is playing healthy and is as good as any other team

#1 seeded Seattle who no-one really gives to much credit to despite a great team

the matchup interests me

They sucked?

Can I have whatever it is you're drinking?

The Giants had BEATEN THE DEFENDING CHAMPION 49ERS with a backup QB named Hostetler. Yea they sucked.

If you mean "not pretty to watch" then you might have a point, but you can't equate stylishness and flashiness of play to quality of play because the two are often times exclusive.

and the niners fins rematch wouldnt have been better? the giants were blah blah and the bills were well they speak for themselves.

im drinking budweiser by the way

These are two great teams - and no Patriots... I think it's actually one of the better Superbowls in recent memory. I'm more excited to watch it then I have been in a while.

This matchup is great. Two teams who have basically flown through the playoffs. When you put in words what the steelers have done: Beaten the #1, #2, and #3 seeds in the AFC, on the road, thats pretty amazing. The Seahawks have also glided through the playoffs, but they really dont have any big name guys exept alexander. The average fan out there who occasionally watches football when its on probably doesnt know about hasslebeck since the seahawks dont get that much publicity anyways..whereas TO and McNabb have now become household names.

So when trying to sell the superbowl, as in advertise it...just tell the person what the steelers did, (what i said up there^) and tell the person about how the Seahawks defense has been shutdown all through the playoffs, and how the offense is one of the best with the best RB behind the best lineman, and one of the best FBs, and a Really really good QB...and people will get excited.

For us football fanatics, this should be really good but not the best it can get, admit it, you all wanna see Indy vs Seattle!

Miami was gone in the divisional round.

The Giants were 13-3 and dominant on defense. Might be "ugly" to you but they were a pretty damn good team.
