Ronnie's in a contract year on the OL is being built for a power running game. Sure seems like all the ingredients are there for a big year. Barring injury, I think this is the year that Ronnie proves he's an upper echelon RB.
He has always been an awesome back. He just got injured a couple of times, which has hurt his career. This year he should do really good. I think they are going to use him more in the passing game, which he excells in.
I think they are going to see if he is up to handling a bulk of the carries if his numbers are not there than Ricky will see more carries and Ronnie will have his normal 900 yards.
depends on the coaching staff... if he gets the carries he'll appease people here because he'll get more yardage... hes always produced when given the ball, but people here blame him when he gets 200 carries so he can't have 1500 yards...
i think Ronnie could dominate and still not put up huge yardage figures. i don't think he'll be handed the ball 300 times with Ricky in the mix and Cobbs trying to make a mark as well. i think roughly 250 carries are reasonable. with better OL play he can certainly reach an avergage of 4.5 ypc. that would put him just over 1,100 yards.
