I know this issue has been beat around, but seeing Houston is the worst pass defense in the league, if he struggles tomorrow, is it time to make a change?

I don't think we change if C-Pep struggles, especially with the Patriots the week after.

Culpepper could totally blow the next three games and he'd still start. If--IF--Culpepper's performance degrades to the point where Saban thinks he can't be effective, then we'll go with Harrington after the bye week.

I really don't see this happening, though. Culpepper's done pretty well with the hand he's been dealt.

If Culpepper stinks up the place and we lose the game because of him then I think it's high time to give Harrington a shot.

I hope not. Do you remember our 2004 season when we were switching between Fiedler and Feeley every other game it seemed? We didn't do too well.

Culpepper should be our guy through thick and thin.

At this point it doesn't look like the bad QB play in Miami will end until our Dolphins draft a franchise signal caller in Round 1.

Yes. We average 12 points/game and the Texans allow 32 points per game. If we can't point up points on them with Daunte at the helm we won't against anyone. One more dismal offensive showing and it'll become apparent that switching QBs will no longer carry any downside risk.

Of course the Texans defense are looking at us and thinking the exact opposite. If they can't stop the fins they'll probably start to believe that they can't stop anyone.

I hate to say that so early in the season but I really think it is dominate or bust tomorrow. He needs to play well to help get the rest of that offense going.

If Cpep struggles and we lose against Houston he should be benched for Harrington. Let Cpep fully recover from his surgery, even if that means next year.

A move should be made if we want to make the play offs. That would already mean 3 losses in the AFC - when you look at tie breakers for the playoffs we already lose.

However, if Saban's goal is to build for the next year than keep Cpep as the starter and let the team grow. And the fans will have to accept the possibility of a losing season and high draft pick.

this harrington stuff needs to stop. its gotten to the point where people are hoping fro daunte to fail. this is a franchise qb, we havent had one since #13. you should be supportive of the guy and hope for him to recover. sooner the better
