Is Wallace practicing with tannehill right now

I don't see how you think you know what it takes to be an elite wideout. For all you know they may have already been working out for a while now, just because it isn't reported doesn't mean you need to get your panties in a bunch.

Don't care. Like Matthews more than Wallace. Wallace is a big money deva WR. He will show up when he wants to.

As much as I'd love to hear Wallace is practicing with Tanny, I won't lose sleep over him not being there.

There is definitely some overreaction here going on, however the first time Wallace steps on a field to take reps with Tannehill, the local beat would be all over it. That would not go unreported.

I would agree if he and Tannehill didn't leave a half-dozen TDs on the field last year

Exactly the point. So it seems TANNEHILL needs to practice.

Mike Wallace seems to have his part down.......

Run past defenders, catch the ball(if the QB can get it to him), run into endzone, PROFIT.

Call Mike Wallace when either Tannehill can hit a moving target from 40+ yards or we get a new QB and he will show up. In the meantime, Tannehill should keep practicing.

If the OL is improved I think it's highly likely Tannehill and Wallace will have good timing when it comes to the deep ball.

Practice never hurts, but it's April. I'm sure all Tannehill is looking for is the ability to stay in shape for when training camp starts.

Seems to me like Wallace doesn't have his part down 100% now does he. He definitely dropped his share of catchable balls last year and could also use work on his defensive scheme recognition and how to run/leverage his routes based on it. Also, it's also much easier to work on your chemistry when both people, QB and WR, are there. But you know, it's easier to flip flop your point of view on the QB when you don't take these things into account.

SPOILER alert if you haven't watched the wire:

FYI I don't really care that Wallace isn't there. There's still so much time before training camp even starts. I was just reminded of this scene.

Lmao! I was going to post this too

Tannehill needs to be working with all the receivers not just Wallace. He needs to shine in 2014. No excuses.

Just get it done Ryan. Dolphin Nation is behind you all the way.

they need time together. one is willing to put the time in, the other is not.
If Wallace believes he "has his part down" and doesn't need to improve, I think I see the problem...

So....lets all bash Wallace for not participating in..... pick up practice with Tannehill?

Let me know if Wallace skips OTA's and Mini-Camps, then we can complain.

Bashing the dude for not showing up to a "pick-up" practice with THill? Who else is in attendance? Hartline? Gibson? Clay? Sims? Egnew?

Cmon guys, now we are all just looking for a excuse to bash the guy.

Who is to say Wallace is not working on his own or simply, taking a vacation?

Odrick is in Amsterdam doing whatever he wants and no one seems to be bashing him for not participating in whatever other "pick-up" practice a few guys on the roster are having.

:bobdole:

Does he need to be there? No Should he be there if he wants the Tannehill to Wallace Combination to get better? A very big yes. There will be a lot to work on in OTA's and Mini-Camps, but with this so called pickup practice. this is a good chance for both of them to work on their timing, and better familiarity with each other.

Wallace is getting a lot of money, maybe he should start actually giving a crap, instead of waiting till the season starts, and get all bent out of shape when Tannehill misses him deep.

Wtf does that even mean? Wallace's teammates and fellow WRs are trying to improve themselves by workings with the QB. Did they not go through the same things as Wallace during the season?

For all the junk Wallace talked about not getting the ball and Tannehill's misfires he should be the FIRST in line to work with Tannehill to ensure the same issues don't continue this coming season... But instead he'd rather just chill somewhere even though he has been chilling for the past 3 months.

You think Jerry Rice would just lounge around like this if he was having chemistry problems with his QB?

Wallace doesn't have the drive to be a great WR in this league and that's just the sad truth.

Your problem is you THINK he's just lounging around. You THINK he would rather just chill somewhere. You THINK he doesnt have the drive. And you come to these conclusions because no one stated factually that Wallace was working with them? You dont even really know if he isnt there or not. And if he isn't, you don't know why. So to make rash judgements like this is ridiculous.

Now that being said, I'll say that I believe he isnt there either. But do we know why? No. But to call him out on it makes me laugh. Acting like him being there or not is the make or break of his chemestry RT is ludicris. Once again, this board does EXACTLY what it's good at...making something out of absolutely nothing.

Sixty million reasons Wallace should be working out, he already took the season off, all you have to do is watch him get abused by the Jets corner in the last game or watch Revis pick off a pass while Wallace watches him.
Wallace is not worth what he gets paid, one route receiver.

again, more assumptions. You dont know if either of your statements is remotely true, yet you say it as if it were already written in stone.

Are you following Wallace around? You dont know that he's NOT working out.
I agree he's overpaid and he doesnt fight for the ball.
