Is Wilford activated for Sundays game?

I think he will be active. And I think he'll get some reps in the red zone.

I think that he will be active after all of the criticism. And he will only be given reps in the endzone, and if he drops a few, Tony is going to be like: I told you so!

If so, does anybody think he will actually see the field?

Well considering the fact that two ignorant personal decisions cost the dolphins the first game (yes there were many things that we could have done better and yes the players play the game.....but you would hope the coaching staff wouldnt lose the damn game for you...) IN this case, if Ronnie Brown is our third down back, and Wilford is active and plays in the red zone and third and short situations, Dolphins win. They wont make either mistake again cause they know they fd up

Cam? Cam Cameron, is that you????:woot:

He's got to be a definite upgrade over Brandon Allen and Greg Camarillo. I think Wilford has Jason Allen syndrome; not a practice player, but he can turn it on when the lights go on. He should definitely be involved in all redzone packages if activated. As much of a fan favorite as Camarillo is, I really don't see what purpose he serves other than being an effective gunner on the punt team. Hagan and Ginn are better on the outside than he is - and that's saying a lot. Bess is a better option in the slot, as is Ginn if we use Hagan and Wilford outside. I'm sure London and/or Wilford could play gunner, if not a DB instead of Camarillo.

More than likely he will be active. I seen it in an article. I will try to find the article for you and post it. It also said the coaching staff is looking into ways to get him involved on Special Teams.

Edit- Wilford likely to be active Week 2: Several media outlets are reporting that Dolphins coach Tony Sparano is regretting his decision to not activate WR Ernest Wilford in Week 1 and that the former Jaguar is likely to play in Week 2 at Arizona.

This isn't the article, I seen it on, I will keep looking though.

Edit 2- Wilford was inactive for last Sunday's game, but Sparano said he's identified a few special teams roles for the free-agent addition that might allow the unit's most experienced receiver to be active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals (1-0).

Here's the article I was talking about.

I certainly hope our coaching staff makes decisions on fans and media criticism.

I certainly hope our coaching staff DOES NOT make decisions based on fan and media criticism.

So do I, but right now, were in the middle of the media age, and everyone hears everything.
