Looking for opinions and discussion in regards to our new safety. In my eyes he was a bright spot today (even without the int), very excited going forward to see him and Jones man the back end together! Another flash worth mentioning was a nice break up on that 4th down pass attempt in the flat.
 
I thought he played well too, if we can get some pass rush this defense could be great.
 
Both safeties played fantastically. If they come into every game playing how they did today could be the best safety tandem in the NFL at the end of the year
 
The whole defense played well. Just gassed on the final drive, and Mario was out. Hurt the pass rush in a bad way.
 
Personally I think Reshad Jones brings so much to the tablet in the secondary. He is making the guys around him better.
 
IAQ played well. D played well. Put it this way, even w the TD drive at the end I'll take a performance like today every single week.
 
He played great! This team has sorely missed L. Delmas. If IAQ can maintain this level of play, it will go a long way toward making this Miami D REALLY good.
 
Our defense rocked it, against a team that can score pretty frequently. It's that offense that's going to send me to the E.R

Team had a top 5 defense in 2014 with Lou Del in there. Fell apart the last season and a half without him. Reshad gets the glory but a solid FS always seems to be the glue that keeps this defense solid.

When asked about IAQ in preseason, Gase said the guy does not make mistakes . . . I like to hear that.
 
Whole secondary played really well, coach got conservative and stopped blitzing and will no pass rush they picked us apart on the last drive.
 
IAQ was fantastic today. Made serveral plays; definitely a bright spot. Showed serious flashes when given a chance in Detroit; I think we got a steal with him in FA

This defense needs Mario Williams on the field. If he's out a couple games, don't like our chances.
