Isnt Brees Still Hurt?

So all of this talk about us getting Drew Brees but the I dont know if you guys are forgeting he is coming of surgery and who knows how good hell be next year or in the future I dont think that the Dolphins will sign him on March 3 or a week after that I think it will be like it was last year with Ty Law where teams didnt know if he was going to be ready to play. So with that said what do the Dolphins do know becuase they cant sign a bunch of other big name guys with this new agreement so Im kind of confused. Do they wait for Brees or go with someone else?
