Issue with the quick reply box

Randomly I'll get the entire page, from the Finheaven header all the way down to another reply box in the Quick Reply box at the the bottom of threads. If that didn't make sense, it's almost like I opening another Finheaven.com in the quick reply box. It's completely random too, not sure what causes it to happen. Is this happening to anyone else? Also, is there a setting I can adjust to fix it? Thanks it advance...

Again, on most of my android browsers (4 or 5 of em), neither the cursor nor the electronic keyboard comes up when the reply panel is touched - at least in desktop mode which is a lot more organized/readable than mobile mode. Prior to the transition, this was not an issue :idk: On the other hand, if i were to go to the addy panel on top the keyboard surfaces readily.
