..but, GO BILLS! The Jags looked pretty good tonight and we need them to get knocked off by Buffalo next week. Yes, I am one of the few who still believes we have playoff hopes and this is another one of those big games we should pay attention to. It requires extreme circumstances for me to root for Buffalo, but this is one of those few times I will. If Buffalo can knock them off, we can move ahead of Jacksonville with a win vs. them in 2 weeks and be any where from 6th to 7th in the AFC!

Jax remaining games:

Bills
Dolphins
Colts
Titans
Pats
Chiefs

Yeah, I think they may lose 4 out of 6. Hopefully 5.

Yeah I guess you're right. I just went over to my preview magazine at looked at KC, Jax, Cin and NYJ's remaining schedules.

I still believe if we go 9-7 and don't lose the Jacksonville game, we will be in the post season. Kansas City, Cincinnati and Jacksonville all have some very tough games remaining. The Jets have a VERY soft schedule but I still refuse to believe in them. Yes they do play Green Bay, Minnesota, Houston, Buffalo and Oakland, but I really don't think they run through that table.

I will root for Buffalo when they play the Jets. I dont think the Jags can get through that schedule

Okay here we go brotha.
The Bills game is at Bills- good chance Jags lose
Miami game at miami- I think we got that one
Colts game at Jags- Colts should win
Titans at Titans- Jags win
Pats game at Jags Toss up
Chiefs game at Chiefs- I will go with Chiefs.

Really tough to say though. I do hope they lose 5. That will help us alot.

Now getting off topic for a post, sorry AQUA.

If the Pats lose more games and the Jets as well, we maybe able to squeak by them for the AFC EAST Division, and into the playoffs.

Or am I asking too much????

Until the Pats lose a game they are suppose to lose, then yes, you are asking too much. But hey, it's not like it's impossible. The Dolphins are so alive right now as long as they can keep winning. We can beat any one we play, just think if we get some offense.

Let's see the Pats remaining Schedule follows as:

Bears at Pats
Lions at Pats
Pats at Dolphins
Texans at Pats
Pats at Jax
Pats at Titans

Damn, I don't think there going to lose to many games.

I just find myself rooting for every NFC team to beat an AFC team ahead of us....or any teams in the AFC with worse records than ours to beat teams that are in the playoff hunt. I think if we can somehow win our last six or even five out of six then everything else should take care of itself.

Sorry, I'd rather see the Bills lose.

I agree with that statement. If we run the table, things will work themselves out. If we win 5 of the last 6, winning the right games, we would need a couple of strange things to happen but would still have a very good shot.

So would you rather have the Bills lose and have the Dolphins home for the playoffs if it came down to it?

The one thing that's interesting is that the lLions will have 10 days to prepare for the Patriots. They should have many of their injured players back for that game that are probably going to miss the game against us. Additionally its a classic "look ahead" game for the Pats since it will be sandwhiched between the Bears this week and Miami in three. Who knows, maybe the Lions can do us a favor after we stomp them this week

That's a good point Adam. We do need the Pats to lose one of those easy games to have a shot. I really don't give the Lions much of a chance, but hey, any given Sunday.

I'll tell you one thing if we run the table that will be another amazing feat this franchise has achieved. I think we'll be the first 1-6 team to have ever done it. Who knows- we're 33% of the way there
