It appears Daniel Thomas is hurt

just as fragile? its one injury and only a hamstring tweak, not even a real injury.... this is another case on someone loving to hate on dolphins players
Not a real injury? Then why sign Larry Johnson. If the guy can't play it's a real injury. He gets paid to play football. If it were something minor he'd be on the field and we wouldn't be picking up Larry Johnson.

And a 3rd and a 5th and a 7th

If you are looking to complain for no reason, you can't say Miami wasted a 2nd and a 3rd and a 5th and a 7th. You either have to complain that Miami wasted a 2nd or that they wasted a 3/5/7. I know it sounds better for your purpose of complaining but you can't combine what they traded away and what the received together.

And yet we are worried about Reggie getting hurt. This guy seems to be just as fragile.

Yeah, I see your point (sarcasm), because he was a workhorse in college and tweaked his hamstring in TC. That's your ridiculous definition of 'fragile'. I guarantee you every WR, RB and DB in college or the NFL has tweaked a hamstring at one time or another.

yeah...can't hate for tweaking a hammy...it happens with rbs all the time...now when d thomas misses games cause he takes so much contact with that upright running style that will be when you can say you saw that coming...cause if he runs upright he's gonna give guys an awful lot to hit and hit flush...

why do you people all think you are inside eveyones heads and are pro-scouts and GMs? From what i have heard the phins were looking to resign LJ after week 1 b/c of the garunteed thing. this is a known practice around the NFL. it is possible that Thomas being dinged a little is a reason they brought him in early or possibly b/c another team was looking at him. Either way its good to have LJ. we needed more RB depth. and if bush or thomas goes down its nice to have a former pro-bowler with some gas left. stop going nutts. its a tweaked hamstring. he'll be fine.

you guys are acting like he broken his leg or something. Its a pulled hamstring.... not serious... how does that make him injury prone. And we sign Larry for insurance.. we have noone behind thomas that could carry a load.. i think the plan all alone was to resign larry after week one started so we didnt have to guarantee his contract. You guys are making a lot out of nothing....... LIKE USUAL

Blech, this sucks. He's not injury prone, hamstring tweaks can and will affect pretty much every HB in the NFL at some point. Hopefully since we have until Monday he'll be ready, but if not oh well. With all that we're hearing about DT it might be better if LJ were to backup Reggie for this week.

Looking at Vernon Carey I'm surprised there is anything left in the facility with the word Ham in it. Thomas should consider himself lucky that it is just tweaked and not baked.
