It's not the players, it is the coaching. It is ALWAYS about the coaching. Always, 100% of the time. It starts with the Head Coach. PERIOD! Then with the Assistant Coaches. Rob Ninkovich is now in his 10th season with the Patriots and is still making plays because he plays for better coaches. We cut him. Wes Welker did not do **** for us but was great when he went and played with BETTER COACHES! We let him go and HE WANTED TO GO. Brandon Marshall is playing better because he is playing for better coaches. We traded him. A better head coach is why the Un of Fla has a winning season this year with basically the same players. If the starting QB had not been suspended they would be unbeaten. If they had kept the same head coach they would be 3-5. Over and over, year after year, team after team gets much better or much worse because of the coaches. It always comes from the top in anything from Football to building cars to the Military. In WW2 France had more men, more aircraft and better and more tanks etc etc then the Germans but their leaders were losers and quitters. So they lost. And they quit. You could send any of our players to a team where they have great coaches and they would play better. Tannehill would be a better QB for the Patriots. Lamar Miller would be a better running back for better coaches. Suh played better for better coaches. It so pisses me off that some "fans" think that some player is not playing well. It is because he is not being coached to played well. And it's like I said in another post. On 3rd and 8 we attempt 4 yard passes. Not because that is what Tannehill wants to do, it is because that is what he is told to do.

Partially agree but it's mostly an organization that doesn't see the whole picture, that doesn't work together and doesn't take advantage of all their opportunities

Hickey and Tannenbaum left gaping holes at Guard, LB and CB/S that could have been filled any number of ways.

L'ael Collins/Evan Mathis should have been Dolphins. Can't explain why neither thing happened. it doesn't make sense. If Philbin said "we're OK at guard" a smarter GM/President of Football Operations should have been right there to say "no, you're really not"

Well, the Coaches come from the top and I should of said it is all about the top.

Britain came very close, closer then most people know of making "peace" with Hitler after France fell.

Through a odd way Winston Churchill became Prime Minister and then almost lost a internal vote to keep fighting. If he had not been the leader Britain like France would of fallen.

Everything always comes from the top. Robert Kraft is smarter then S Ross.

Using Marshall as a example is laughable. I guess you didn't watch the BUF/NYJ game. Or some of the other doozies seeing him give up on routes, bone headed tries at one handed stabs and lack of any real accountability for his pure stupidity.

Tack one piece out of what I said to make what point? DUh.. .I guess you did not watch the game where he played against a poorly coached team like US and had 9 catches for 131 yards and 2 TDs. Explain that one! The Bills have a better coach....DUH. What the ****ever...........

Has anyone even noticed that Jonathan Freeny is now a starting linebacker for the Patriots? Laughable.

Tannehill is not the problem. Play calling, receivers dropping passes, and OL blocking is. AKA: Coaching.

A 6'5 wr vs a 5'10 CB.....pure skill set win out. Not coaching.

Also, it was part of your point. And using Marshall is silly. He's on his 3rd team in 5years. No need to get butt hurt. I just made a point that Marshall is still a head case and Bowles nor his previous coach in CHI have anything to do with his pure skill set being what it is.

Well when will the right coaches arrive in Miami? I'm losing faith that it will happen under Ross. I hope TB can turn this ship around for us.... I actually approve of the job he's done so far!
