i think you're taking this one a lil too personally. it's cool being a duck fan and supporting your guy and all, but feeley did this to himself. he was a 3rd stringer, and proved to be nothing but a 3rd stringer.
 
Lets be honest NIck knows **** about offense he wouldn't know offense if it hit him upside the head, thats why he brought in houck and lienhan cause he doesn't even want to deal with offense!

I see the humor....Feeley got injured at Oregon and Harrington came in and took over. Feeley couldnt beat him out after he got healthy.

I assume thats the humor you are refering to?

Ok, using that scenario, then don't you think saban is taking Linehan's and Houck's thoughts into account here? I mean, if he brought them in to help run the offense and then overrode them with a critical decision like this, he would be doing them a disservice. The fact is, Feeley is making starter money and was just demoted to third string. You cannot have that type of discrepency. Plus, Feeley has played himself to the third spot. It is like in school when tachers would say that they never gave grades...the students earned them. Well, same logic applies. Feeley "earned" his third string spot.
 
Unless we bring in Couch we are totally screwed at QB do any of you think we have anythign with Sage and gus? I mean anyone with football knowledge! SO lets answer this why is Feeley going to get cut because of the pick in the last game? How do you go from competing for the starters job to one half of last preseason game to getting cut?

Even more freaky? Feeley and Harrington are Tedford QB's right? Tedfor left Oregon to coach Cal...after Marriucci left...

I got it...it was funny....what might be even more funny is if they are traded for eachother before the day is done. Now THAT would be funny..... ;)

...ok, nobody freak. That was a before the draft rumor that was floated across the internet and obviously never came true. I'm not trying to start it back up again either....I just thought it went with the "humor" that we're using today. Perhaps, my humor is a tad twisted though as that would be funny to me. ( I started to just post the 1st paragraph until I re-read it and thought that I'd be stirring a hornets nest w/o explaining myself) great, now the humor is gone for me. :(
 
This isnt funny the 1 qb on the roster with any upside and we are going to cut him to save 500k NIck you cheap skate! What about larry Chester yall glad about that to? he says he ready to go and team says he isnt? This is Saban not Likign Aj from the beginning no real shto at starters throws 1 pick in last preseason game only to get cut? Saban has been makign bonehead moves right and left also yeah ed perry got that 300k signing bonus in the offseason only to get cut last week, yeah way to go NIck you the man I cxan question anythign when it comes to my beloved Dolphins!

The reason he may be cut is you don't pay starter money to a third stringer. If Feeley were a true #1, his contract would actually be a great deal, but right now he isn't and Saban must feel like he's never going to become a quality NFL starter. Feeley, Gus and Sage are all playing at a similar level. Gus and Sage are cheap, so if they can perform equal to AJ, those guys are more valuable.

If AJ is traded or released, we would certainly need to bring in another QB who could compete at the position either this year or next.

AJ's name should not be mentioned in the same sentence as Zach and Sam, much less Dan
 
The point is a precedent is being set on how nick is going to deal with veteran players that wont play for the amount he wants or kiss his ***! I will almost totally guarentee you Dan with have nothing to do with this franchise while the NIcktator is running things!
