hich isn't something that applies to Frerotte.

Guees we wacthed different games.

Nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey hey hey, goodbye

I challenge all of you guys dumping on Feeley to show me game by game how Gus outperformed him. Please give me the stats and the plays. The proof is on the pudding fellas. Just give it up.

I will save you the time. Gus was no better. AJ did something that Gus did not. He scored. AJ actually had a very good QB rating going into the Atlanta game. He had a bad game. But Gus has had a bad preseason and showed nothing, not even once. If I had my choice I would take AJ giving me three good games and then one crappy, versus Gus sucking all the time.

Seriously, if you want the Feeley supporters to stop, show us in facts and figures Gus's superiority.

Since you can't, then our opinion is legitimate, even if you don't agree.

In the end I do not think either is worth a bag of horse manuere. But I think it wrong to trash AJ because the kid had a bad game.

Every Gus guy is going to point to yards per completion.

Don't forget Gus went to a ProBowl once, indicating that he may have some talent.

The only proof that I need is that saban demoted his butt to 3rd string. Hes back where he started in Philly. Being a useless benchwarmer. I would have loved for him to step up and prove me wrong but alas I knew it from the start. Hes got heart but he lacks brains and talent.

Well, Mr. Touchdown (MVP for opposing teams) has tossed I believe 6 INT's returned for TD's. Take those points he's given to the other team, then compare it with the number that other QB's have given away. If he's in the bottom 10%, toast him. And its not just him, its any QB. Thats not a starter in this league.

I hope Heather doesnt hold any grudges with the Fin faithful... :ladysman:

Hey I am not saying Feeley is great or the answer. They both are twin turds floating in the bowl.

I think it is asnine to slam the guy when he has played better (for all thats worth) then the guy who gets the starting nod.

I would rather see Sage.

Still waiting for the stats/facts/etc.?

I think the decision ultimately came down to the "ability to manage the game" factor which Frerotte obviously has more experience with than Feeley. Neither guy was very impressive during the pre-season but I'm thinking Saban has more faith in Frerotte's ability to manage a game than Feeley. Feeley has had one good throw during his time here and I think everyone knows what that was. Other than that, he has been a complete catastrophe.
