....that it needs nuked. Now.

Aside from a few players, there is nothing salvageable. Coaches, QB, all of it.

If Ross cannot see that our FO, HC/OC, DC, and QB are simply awful, then we are done. Probably for a long time.

I used to think well, Tannehill never has had a real line.

But it’s more than that. Much more.

This team and its leaders are simply going to fail. Too many issues.

Well guys, you all have a good offseason. As much as I’d like to say I’m through, we all know I’m not, nor is anybody else. We’ll all be back here come FA. See you then.

Fire everybody, bring in the head honcho football guy and let him MAKE all of the personnel decisions. No half measures or saddling up guys and forcing it. Start over.

This game was the culmination of three years of team building by Tannenbaum, Grier, and Gase. This final game is a perfect example of what they can accomplish when given the chance... and what they have accomplished is arguably the worst offense and defense in the entire league. No depth, no discipline, no foresight when it comes to the QB position. The only positives are a few good players, but the Coaching Staff and the Front Office failed yet again to build a competent o-line, to gameplan and call plays intelligently, and to run a sound defensive scheme to be able to efficiently use those talented players.

There is no excuse for Tannenbaum and Gase. Grier found a few good players, but also too many busts and wasted picks. Grier is nothing special, so Ross should have no problem making the decision to fully clean house.

While I am fine with your venting and your solution, the primary issue is an utter lack of talent within the middle and backend of the roster. There is no doubt that TBomb Has done a horrible job. I will let others comment on Grier. I really do not have a good feel for how he has performed. I am leaning toward below average, but not too confident about that evaluation.

This team failed to show up in any game following a win against the Patriots two years in a row. That is enough to get everyone of these losers fired.

Gase says when we are in 3rd and 6 we are in trouble. Are you ****ing kidding me man. How can you be a Offensive genius and not figure out a way to convert a 3rd and 6 or longer. That's your ****ing job you stupid ass****. My lord I can't believe the **** that comes out of this idiots mouth.
