As far as I know, he's a nickel back now, and getting him in a trade in the offeseason seems like a possiblity to me now. I'm sure we wouldn't have to break the bank for him because they honestly don't even need him anymore. What do you guys think?

I would not want to give up more then a 3rd round pick for him and I don't think Parcells would want to give up even that considering how he likes to build threw threw the draft.

I think he goes somewhere else and over pays to get his services.

He wants a big contract and a new team. It is possible to get him this offseason. But I just don't see the big tuna sending them a Day One Pick. If they are willing to trade for a day two pick. Then he might be picking up the phone and trading down with one of the two second rounders.

I would be willing to give up a 3nd and a 6th rounder for him or just a 2nd round pick.

I like the idea of getting Sheppard as it would mean the FO can concentrate more on other areas in the draft, however I dont see the Fins makeing high value trades in the offseason.

Sheppard lost his starting job to Joselio Hanson and since then the Eagles pass defense has improved.. I would not like to give up a 3rd round pick for him.. I would rather go after a young talent in the draft..

Sheppard is garbage....hes soft and he cant cover.....
AGREE...and I live in the "Eagles area". I can't believe that it's week 15 and people are still talking about getting Lito Sheppard somehow. 3rd & 6th for a dime corner????

Joselio Hanson has 2 starts on the year....one was against Seattle, where the started in the Nickel, L.Sheppard also 'started' that game. The 2nd was against Arizona.....where A.Boldin's drops had far more to do with the Eagles 'improved' defense than any of the Eagles DB's.

Lito wasn't a starter to begin the year, behind A.Samuel and S.Brown. So I don't see how anyone can say that he lost his starting job to anyone...especially someone with only 2 starts, and only 1 game as a top-2 CB on the depth chart.

if sheppard was a FA then we should go for him...
no trades though... not for old men

Lito Sheppard is horrible

They're talking about putting him on special teams, the only place he might be useful.

BP is not going to waste his time with this crap. He will get his own guys from here on out. No big money guys where someone else can do the job just fine. We will draft one for sure.
