Before they even consider firing the coach, Ireland should be fired first. I'm so sick of not picking up playmakers, drafting bigger is better, and no speed. I am the biggest homer there is, and I've jumped ship. After watching the last two weeks, I'm done! I'm 39yrs old and have not missed a game since 1990. This team has know killer instinct at all. It starts at the top. This style of play worked in 1987. We need an attacking team. That means on offense and defense. Not this bs, play it close and win with defense crap. If they fire coach and keep GM, IT WILL NEVER GET BETTER! Tony is the scapegoat. I've finally turned to the dark side. FU Ireland for ruinning my Sundays.

I have agreed with this motion more and more as the weeks go by. He's brought in some decent talent, but he hasn't brought in the right talent for us to compete in the division. Bring in some young blood all around, who know how to win in today's NFL.
