I can't believe people around here are complaining about giving up AJ Feeley and 6th or 7th pick for Lemons. People are acting like we just traded a 1rst round draft pick and just screwed away our future. Open your eyes people, this trade isn't that fn important to be complaining about. We traded a guy who does not fit our system and a draft pick in a round where 90% of the players don't play for more then a year, for a guy who is young, fits our system (unlike AJ) and can be a backup for years to come. I think this is a good trade for both teams. AJ fits the Chargers West Coast System perfectly, Lemons fits our verticle system perfectly. Plus I wouldn't sweat about the pick because we already have 2 7ths and we probably will get some comp picks when we let McDougal and Tebucky Jones go.

IMO SD is helping Miami out (Cap wise) to the tune of a 6th Rd. pick.

This trade clears up 4.1 million off Miami's cap for next season. Since AJ was done in Miami, might as well get him off the books ASAP.

I find it hard to believe Miami thinks this guy is the answer to the QB situation. However, we will see.

If Miami does, then it will not be until the '07 draft.

So, you needed to name call to get your point across?

I'm sorry I'll edit it out if it offends, why don't you also read my post before posting back as well.

No, if we let them go this year (since their contracts are up) we would get comp picks for the 2006 draft
