All the haters showed up as usual, but in the end, your fins pulled it out

that game took years off my life. Hot damn, what a relief this win brings.

screw all the fake fans, screw sturgis, and screw the jets

we just did something we rarely do. we came back on the road after trailing heading into the 4th qtr

this could be a huge jumping point for the fins this season.

how pretty was it that the game ended in a Gina Smith int?!?!

I'll take it!. Go Phins. Now we gotta beat Baltimore which may be the most important game of the season.

Ugly game, but much like with the Jags game, it does not mean we're gonna get killed every game to go just like us hanging with or beating good teams doesn't mean we're gonna kill bad teams.

You can be relieved, frustrated, pissed off, happy, negative, whatever and you wouldn't be wrong.... tonight. But it's key to remember that no game impacts the next.
 
I was worried about this game all week and I knew it wouldn't be easy cause it never is when it comes to the Phins but I'll take it.
 
Hey. It was a division win on the road against our hated rivals the Jets. It doesn't get any better than this. Rex Ryan (you blowhard) is gone. Geno Smith...going fast. NYJunc...sorry bud. NOT! Gotham is Burning!
 
A win is a win is a win. Definitely played down to the competition but when we play the Jets, the records go out the window. Always a dog fight. Just hope our dogs get some more fight going forward because you can't play like that against average teams let alone teams like Baltimore or New England.

Unfortunately, for our hearts, hair, ulcers or what have you, in order for our team to grow we need to have experiences like this. You will ALWAYS have 4 or 5 games a year on the way to the Super Bowl where you just need to grit one out, and the only way to have the belief you can do it is to actually do it. I look at games like this as very good learning tools, I hope we don't have too many of them though because I don't think my heart could take it.

You won't get away with kicking the field goal against an elite QB, but my trust in Tannehill grew a little today.
 
Take a win however you can get it. Especially against the J..E...T...S Suck, suck suck!
 
I thank the Jet for dropping that interception. We got lucky, but I'll take the win.

Its quite the contrary, in my opinion anyway. We should feel like we got outplayed on both sides of the ball and have plenty to work on. It should be all work with little time to dream.
 
This game exposed waaaaaay too many flaws, number one being unable to stop the run, followed by seriously being under prepared, ever since GB made the spike play on us every team has tried to do some old school chicanery and it always works. For CRISSAKES the JETS ran the statue of liberty play on us tonight! UN****INGBELIEVABLE. Detroit tried TWO fake punts! Thats unacceptable the league is very well aware of Philbin's failings. The pass rush is only going to get stronger against the phins until Tannehill shows the deep ball, they are all pinning their ears back on us.
 
It makes up a little for the last minute losses to the Lions and Packers...maybe this win turns our luck around. Our run defense better get it together. It was a very ugly win but I will take it.
