Everyone saw how much the Ricky comparisons bothered him.. I wonder if he holds a grudge..

Benson was Man among boys at Texas but Ricky Williams was a God. Who wouldn't want what Ricky did in college.
 
Its hardly ricky's fault that people make comparisons, i can't imagine there's any hard feelings
 
I think Benson was worried about the comparisons to Ricky because of the draft...
He didn't want to "fall" in the draft due to the comparisons...

Now that the draft is over, I doubt Benson really cares now...
 
I wonder? Benson certainly idolized Ricky for his playing skills but it was probably the comparable look that brought all the negative media and his stock dropped. He never really said anything negative about Ricky. I was hoping we would get Benson at first and would not have been upset if we traded down for him. Don't get me wrong I like Ronnie, but Benson is just like Ricky; a beast.

By the way has anyone else noticed that 23Ronnie23 seems to be in on every thread and there's always at least one inflammatory/derogatory or attacking remark made? What's up with that?

Yeah he's about to be the 2nd person on my ignore list.
 
Since Benson is not in camp yet, this may not even matter as he may not play.

But I really think it is a non-issue either way.
 
Benson did idolize Williams but when Williams quit benson cut his hair and said he didnt want anyone confusing him with a quitter. I believe it was a cover of espn the mag.
