Any word if Hill and/or Chubb restructured?
nothing yet.....I don’t think they want to touch the Chubb deal if they can help it.....he could be gone after the 2024 season
As for Hill, it's really hard to say at this point
Sportrac has us at 1.88M under, with 51 players signed.
Earlier today they had us at 12M under with only 36 players signed.
I agree Danny. The Chubb deal hopefully stays untouched. They can release him after the season. Good player, just too injury prone.
Crazy to say, the Saints have $333M on the books already for next year.
Hence the speculation that Marshon Lattimore will be traded before the season starts, as he's due a $13.8 roster bonus to go with him $1.2M salary.

Jalen Ramsey and Armstead's restructure took care of that already.
I am not in a hurry to go look at their future cap hits though, putting my head in the sand on those.

Garrapolo was released. I would release or trade Mike White save $3.5M in cap space and sign Garrapolo to the vets minimum $1.2M saving us $2.3M in cap space. He is guaranteed $17M anyway so he might be willing to sign for the vets minimum.
so you're saying the Armstead money was already included before today at 4pm?
