Its a shame that this would be flagged.

I'm not usually a fan of celebrating. One of my pet peeves is when a guy goes nuts after doing nothing. The kind of stuff that is highlighted on "Come on Man!" Like when a DB shakes his finger after he is clearly beaten and the receiver trips or drops the ball, etc.

That being said, I love the new environment in Miami that Gase is cultivating. So glad to be rid of stuff old Joe Philbin and his nerdy management style.

Players seem to actually be having fun for once. This can be huge in the grand scheme of things. Suh & Wake joking around.

As long as it doesn't get out of control but I have a feeling Gase will not let that happen. I love what he said about "letting personalities come out" and how it allows leaders to emerge. So glad we hired that guy! I have a good feeling about him going forward.

I saw that clip earlier and the best part of it to me was Jordan Phillips jumping on Jacques McClendon at the end.

The other players seems to be having fun with it as well.

Lovin' it. Players need to let loose, get back to why this is their profession.

No doubt. The Joe Philbin era....

I recently finished playing 22 years of fastpitch softball with about seven of the same teammates for most of that, and I often wonder what I miss more, the games and on field competition or the goofing around like Suh just did. That was pretty cool to watch...

having fun and enjoying work makes for a better environment. we don't know how much of an effect that had on this mediocrity for years
