What would've really happened if NY never gets rid of Chad? The three (stooges) in power have really not been gut-checked like they should've been. Let's recap:

-The mishandling of Zach Thomas, treating a Phins legend like poo
-Signing guys like Wilford, Grove, Eric Green, Gibril Wilson, etc.
-Drafting Pat White
-Passing on Matt Ryan for a LT that, while really good, not scoring any points out there for the team
-The JT ordeal, we know this originated with Parcells but an ugly mess all-together
-Ricky trashes the organization after the season, not welcome back
-Ryan Clark exposes the front office
-Pursuing a coach while a head coach is right down the hall
-Channing Crowder trashes the front office
-The organization fails to have an offensive line set after 4 years, in which an offensive line guru was hired as head coach
-The organization fails to have a QB, or even competition, heading into the 4th year
-The team has no clear cut answer at TE, passing on draft picks like Gronkowski and Hernandez, free agents like Boss and Miller
-Guys like Bonamego, Pasqualoni, and Henning were hired as COORDINATORS. Only being fired or "retire" after disgusting performances from their units

Say what you want but even Wanny didn't have a resume like this. Rather, this team reminds me of the Jayball days. Counting on a Fiedler/Henne while employing a top 5 defense. Here's hoping the QB puzzle piece is found soon or Ross goes ape**** and makes changes

Well they did find and acquired Cam Wake.

And Mike Nolan

lets not forget we won the division, we need someone to take out brady again

And your name is based off a guy they brought over from Canada? /end thread.

although u do have to give credit for signing Wake its not like they signed a guy that noone else knew about. We gave him the best contract, if they really knew this kid was going to be this good Im sure the contract would have reflected it

No matter what side of the fence you are on about this regime when its all said and done they will be remembered for 2 things,

The never fixed the OL and last but no least were too scared to address the QB position.

Everything else is irrelevant. Stories will pass and be forgotten, past player relationships will be repaired.

Huh?

They gave him the best contract... but then you criticize the contract they gave him? Doesn't make much sense. Are you suggesting they should have over-paid for a unproven NFL player that could have been a bust. Damn, I guess they can't do anything right.

Not what i said at all. Im just saying that they saw potential in wake and paid accordingly but lets not act like they knew he was going to be one of the best pass rushers in the NFL . they took a chance and it paid off.

Nothing matters... This is the last year for this FO, if they don't get it turned around!

I always find it funny that before coming to the Dolphins, no one ever used offensive line guru when talking about Sparano.

Actually bro, i heard it said a bunch of times. It's was the main justification thrown around why Parcells didnt select a more "qualified" canidate.
