It's been a long 4 years with this regime, recap of their work

Actually bro, i heard it said a bunch of times. It's was the main justification thrown around why Parcells didnt select a more "qualified" canidate.
Chubbs

Unless I missed it, I have only heard it thrown around by the local media in Miami (Omar Kelly) and Dolphins fans.

I'm not sure how a coach who only coached the offensive line for three of his five years in Dallas, the other two years he coached the tight ends, qualifies as an guru of any type.

Some positives, to be fair:

-Wake of course
-Parcells, Henning, Pasqualoni, and Bonamego are gone
-4-2 vs. the Jets
-Vontae and Dansby are two of the best defensive players in football, Soliai and the rest of the D makes this a top 5 D so that's the best part of this regime
-Umm... uhh... on offense...

They did fix the OL. Back in 2009 Long, Smiley, Grove, [I forgot who started at RG, Thomas?) and Carey was arguably the best run blocking line in football, and did well in pass protection.

They thought they could get cute by using young, cheap no-name alternatives like Joe Berger, Richie Incognito, Cory Procter and John Jerry and expect the same results. Oops?

Only problem is Grove and Smiley were completely injury prone, and Donald isn't even playing anymore is he?

Somehow in your zeal, you seem to have overlooked Marshall, who even on a downyear with Henning play calling and Henne throwing, he still had what, 85 catches for the 2nd most prolific WR season in fins history - or something like that, and Bess who's become one of the best slot receivers in the league... But carry on..

dont get me wrong but i want the FO gone but just to be fair:
marshall, dansby, misi, wake, smith, vontae, Long (although would rather have ryan), puncey hopefully a good pick, bess, bush,
for those who were longing for kevin boss: compare stats:

Boss: rec> 35 yds>531 Avg>15.2 Td> 5
Fasano: Rec> 39 YDS>528 AVG>13.5 TD>4

not much of an upgrade...just saying..miller would've been different but boss aint the second coming of antonio gates.

Not disagreeing but adding a top 5 WR and top 10 LB resulted in the same record as without those 2...

The Penny year was magic. Luck had a lot to do with it but it was the best year we've had as a team in a long, long time. But it did have a lot to do with luck. If Chad hadn't been left to us at the last minute we'd have gone in with a disastrous QB situation and the one bright spot of this regime would never have happened. They'll best be remembered for fear and fist pumping field goals.

it was magic, but if he would not of fallen in the dolphins lap than we probably would of had a 5 win season. maybe than drafted a QB of the future, who knows.. I liked seeing the dolphins win the division but i wish the noodle experiment would of never happend

I predict the biggest blunder of all will be passing on Ryan Mallett for Daniel Thomas. Mallett could be the next Marino while Thomas will most likely be your run of the mill, dime a dozen RB, or worse.

Ok, I understand the hatred this regime has gotten, and I understand a lot of it. It may not seem like it from my optimistic views, but I DO feel that some of the moves made were outdated ways of thinking. That being said in 4 years, Ireland/Sparano/Parcells have acquired more promising talent than we had gotten since JJ drafted Madison, Surtain, and JT.

Yeah they've made mistakes, but people acting like these guys are the worst thing to ever happen to the fins either have very short term memories or are acting strictly out of emotion rather than looking at the past decade.

What?! Rather be 5-11 than win the division. Come on man that's just sad!
