Agreed. Next year it will be...every great team goes through a couple years of sorrow. We will rise again....SOON!! and draft a QB next year. :D

Well if we draft a Qb next year hes probaly not going to be ready to contribute for a couple of years so we are still not going to be ready next season. We should have drafted one this year. I really not sure why the Qb position has been so overlooked by both Wannestadt and Saban, we are not going anywhere with guys like Fiedler, Feeley, or Frerotte.

that is very well said tdp i am glad there is another great mind around here because that is what i am thinking and i cant see the game.

we need to have 1 more losing season so we can get a top notch qb, and olinemen and it would not huurt to trade two of receivers and bring in a big time receiver . i wished that we would have drafted orton and brought in randy moss.

Well thanks for the kind words..No one wants a SUPER BOWL trophy more then me but as I get older I try to be more realistic. Every year for like 20 years now i have been saying this is our year, you know hat, its not. but I am happy with our new coach and what he is doing and in a year or 2 I feel he will bring us to the promise land. We are a QB, CB, and a O-linman away....
Its tough up here in JET land..The abuse at work is unbearable!!!!!

I dont know, I think Gus played pretty smart. The interseption was just a good play by Barber. All the " bad passes" were thrown to an area the DB couldnt get them.

last time i checked dude...in order to move the ball down the field and score u need to COMPLETE the pass to someone on the SAME TEAM...this post should be moved to the john madden thread

I have the opposite vibe about this season. I think it is going to be GREAT fun to watch this offense and especially this D play football.

I am so pumped after watching the 1st stringers.
